Fleet Collision Repair & Accounts In San Diego

Collision, body and paint repair for business fleets of cars, vans, pickups, work trucks, RVs, motorcoaches and shuttle buses—from a few company vehicles to a larger operation.

A Repair Relationship For Your Fleet

Whether your business operates a few vehicles or a larger fleet, WAB can discuss your collision, body and paint repair needs. Bring your scheduling priorities, vehicle mix and authorization requirements so the shop can assess a suitable repair arrangement.

Immediate Repair Needs

Discuss accident damage, body panels, dents and refinishing with a shop. Confirm the estimate process and repair authorization before scheduling a drop-off.

Ongoing Account Discussions

Discuss repeat repair needs, multiple-vehicle scheduling, your purchasing process and vehicle identification on repair documentation. Account arrangements and availability are agreed with the shop.

Pricing, payment terms, transport arrangements and scheduling depend on the agreed scope. An inquiry does not approve an account or reserve a repair start date.

Fleet Operators We Welcome

Company vehicle fleets, shuttle and charter operators, hotel and employee transportation businesses, service and delivery fleets, and RV rental operators can contact WAB to discuss body and collision repair needs.

Prepare Your Fleet Inquiry

Prepare the details you want to discuss, then call your preferred WAB shop. This tool does not send a request or open an account. Large-vehicle inquiries are handled by Miramar and El Cajon.

Discuss Your Fleet With A WAB Shop

Contact any WAB location to discuss collision, body and paint repair for your company vehicles. For fleets that include RVs, full-size motorcoaches or shuttle buses, contact Miramar or El Cajon to confirm vehicle suitability and access.

For repair progress and pickup readiness, call the shop handling your vehicle. Repair-status inquiries are phone-only.

A Clear Repair Planning Process

  1. Call to discuss your vehicle. Share the vehicle type, dimensions, damage and whether it is drivable.
  2. Arrange assessment. Confirm the appropriate shop, access and an estimate appointment before arrival or transport.
  3. Review and authorize. Discuss the repair scope, insurance or self-pay arrangements, parts availability and scheduling.
  4. Coordinate pickup. Call your shop for repair progress and confirm readiness before collecting the vehicle.

Plan Around Your Operation

Tell the shop how many vehicles need attention and which units are essential to your operation. Discuss whether work can be scheduled in stages, subject to vehicle condition, parts and shop availability. Completion dates are assessed for each repair.
